Subjects Taught
4th Grade

I am a Carrollton resident who graduated from Central High School with honors in 2003 then furthered my education at Auburn University. I graduated from Auburn, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education in 2007 and graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2009 with my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education with a math endorsement. I graduated with my specialist degree in Early Childhood Education at the University of West Georgia in 2012 and completed my gifted endorsement in 2013. :)

I am so excited about this new school year! 4th grade is departmentalized and I will be teaching one of my favorite subjects…science!! This year I will be job sharing with Mrs. Anna Henderson, who will be teaching Social Studies. I will be here every Monday, Tuesday and every other Friday. I am very blessed to be in such a great school system and to have the opportunity to teach your child this year!

This is my 10th year teaching fourth grade; I absolutely love this age and curriculum! It is going to be a very fun and exciting year with many new and interesting things to learn. :)

My husband, Will, and I got married on June 19, 2010 so we just celebrated our 7 year anniversary this summer. I have a little boy, Camden, who will be 3 in October and another little boy, Copeland, who was born April 20th. I absolutely love this role in my life! :) My family is very important to me and we spend a lot of time hanging out with them and our friends. I also enjoy traveling and cheering on the Auburn Tigers...War Eagle!
